During the opening conference of the AccesSecurity tradeshow held in Marseille on March 8 and 9, 2023, the autonomous security robot THALAMUS was awarded the Innovation Trophy 2023 in the Security category. AccesSecurity is considered as the most important Euro-Mediterranean security and cybersecurity exhibition.
The award was presented by Laetitia LENQUETTE, General Manager of SAFIM, and Anna Gallone, Development Director of SAFIM, to Renato Cudicio, President of Glocal Robotics Europe and creator of the THALAMUS, and to Valérie Lemée, who represented SCOPEX, the robot’s distributor in France, during a ceremony attended by Véronique BORRE, Vice President, responsible for Security, Defense, Support for Law Enforcement and Innovation for a peaceful region, and Didier MAMIS, Secretary General for Regional Affairs at the Prefect of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur and Bouches-du-Rhône regions.
This award, which is intended to reward a security solution for professional companies, underlines the role that robotics will play in securing sensitive sites, whether private or public infrastructures, and is a magnificent reward for Renato Cudicio and his entire team, who have worked for several years to develop the THALAMUS, a unique intelligent security robot.
