In the field of security for sensitive sites or public events, there are already few manufacturers of Under Vehicle Scanning System to inspect vehicle chassis. The company Vehant Technologies is now the only one in the lead with the launch of a unique model that gives a 3D view of the underside of the vehicle (car or truck).
With a composite image reconstructed in a fraction of a second, the security guard can now inspect the image in three dimensions to assess the thickness of objects and reduce false positives caused by shadows and stains.
Available in both embedded and portable versions, Vehant Technologies’ NuvoScan 3D under vehicle scanners, better known as UVSS (Under Vehicle Scanning System), are manufactured in Holland and represented in France exclusively by Glocal Robotics Europe, which presented a model in Marseille at the AccesSecurity show.
